1. Freebitco
Most people probably know about this site, well it doesn't matter, there might be someone not knowing this site just yet.Simply register there (you need email and wallet address), they don't send email verification, so you can use almost all of their features after you register.
To use the faucet, you need to type captcha then roll a number from 0 to 10000, here is what you get from them:
Every time you roll a number, you will also get 2 lottery tickets and 2 reward points.

You can exchange reward points for bitcoins, as you can see 1 reward points equal to 0.00000012 BTC, but you need minimum 100.000 reward points to make an exchange.

2. AdBit
To register on AdBit, you need to verify your email address, you can login after verified. AdBit itself is not a faucet site, but an Ad Network where you can be a Publisher or Advertiser.
Their faucet payout is high at the moment, you can get from 250 up to 4000 satoshi per hour. AdBit also give you 50% referral commission for your earning.
